Syrian children brought for treatment
Amaliah (Bus of Angels)
Due to the success of our “Buses Of Angels” pilot program, thousands of mainly women and children from over twenty villages around Quneitra in Southern Syria are being brought to hospital clinics in Israel for urgent medical care. These civilians are among millions around the country who have not had a medical check-up since 2011, the start of the Syrian war.
The Mary Bendet Foundation is supporting Amaliah to cover the costs of patients who require extended stays, medication, medical supplies, hearing aids, crutches, eyeglasses, and services such as x-rays and blood tests.
